Wilshire - Mary Davis

Mrs. Joseph Wilshire [Mary Davis] died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Charles Paris in Terre Haute, Tuesday afternoon. She has been confined to her bed since August with a fibrous tumor. The body was brought here on Thursday afternoon and interred in Union Cemetery after funeral services conducted by Rev. SK Fuson. Mrs. Wilshire was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jeremiah Davis and was born 61 years ago. 41 years ago she married Joseph Wilshire. Their children are: Thomas, Merton C and Artie Wilshire, Mrs. Chas Paris and Mrs. Will Heslar. Besides these there were present at the funeral, Cecil and Reese Paris, the sons of Chas. Paris; Will Davis of Terre Haute and Joseph Davis and family of Mecca. Mrs. Wilshire was a member of the ME Church. -- kbz
